Onsite attendance is also available, should this be required.  Having a ‘go to’ person onsite who has organised the event and can provide an answer to any questions or assist in solving any unforeseen problems can make a huge difference.  Guests who require special assistance, speakers who don’t arrive on time, faulty equipment, last minute cover for illness, these are all things that need to be actioned or resolved quickly and can make the difference between success or failure.  Onsite attendance is provided at an agreed daily rate.
